Graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from one of the best state colleges in Bicol, Dos’s commitment to solving public problems while ensuring environmental preservation paved his trajectory towards community development. As the newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation Treasurer of Bula and SK Chairman in Barangay Salvacion, Dos remains committed to youth development. “I envision programs that focus on the youth’s future,” he states passionately. His plans include Civil Service Exam reviews, educational support, vocational trainings, and assistance for scholarships – all aimed at empowering the younger generation.
